What the dashboard shows
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Focused Time | Time inside intentional Focus Mode sessions. |
| Total Tracked | All recorded activity. |
| Productivity Score | Productive time as a share of tracked time, using your classifications. |
| Active Apps | Applications currently contributing to your activity. |
The score moves with your classifications. Two people can look at identical activity and see different scores because they classify differently.

Tracked time across the day. Gaps are real: idle time, excluded applications, or a paused tracker.

Pause Tracking
This is the diagnostic. An empty panel means the desktop app is not reporting; a frozen timer means it is paused or the machine is idle; a correctly updating panel with a stale dashboard usually means the app is signed into a different account.
