Analytics
Aggregations over a selected range, aimed at finding patterns rather than reporting totals.
Analytics answers four questions. Pick a range, then read the view that answers the one you have.
| View | Question it answers |
|---|---|
| Activity over time | How much was tracked, daily, weekly or monthly across the range. |
| Productivity breakdown | How tracked time splits across productive, neutral and distracting. |
| Top applications | Which applications consumed the most time. |
| Focus patterns | When focus sessions happen and how long they run. |
| Busiest hours | Which periods of the day carry the most activity. |
Reading the split
Every tracked minute lands in exactly one of three buckets. Neutral time is shown rather than folded into productive, which is usually where the uncomfortable numbers are.
Picking a time range
Long ranges compress individual sessions. Use them to spot trends, then drop to Timeline for the underlying detail. A single day is noise; a week is a pattern.
